I. Document Overview

This document details the PVC cable take-back service provided by Henry Cables Limited for Australian customers, including service procedures, cost breakdowns, and contact information, to demonstrate compliance with end-of-product-life recycling requirements.

II. Take-Back Solution  

1. Disposed by customers

Customers may request recycling services for end-of-life PVC cables through local authorized recycling agency.

2. Disposed by Henry Cables:

(1) Customers Application: 

Visit our official website www.henrycables.com to contact our  staff to register an application with our customer service team.

(2) Requirement Confirmation
Our recycling team will contact customers within 5 business days of receiving the application to confirm details such as cable quantity, specifications, and storage location, and finalize a pickup plan.

(3) On-Site Collection
Professional transport teams will arrive at the designated location on the agreed date with specialized equipment to collect PVC cables. Cables will be properly packaged and handled to prevent secondary pollution or damage during collection.

(4) Transportation and Processing
Recycled PVC cables will be transported to our processional recycling facility. Here, metal conductors and PVC materials will be separated:

a) Metal conductors will be sent to certified smelters for reuse.

b) PVC materials will undergo crushing, cleaning, and other processes for repurposing into non-food-grade plastic products.

III. Service Cost Breakdown

1. Base Recycling Fees

According to the guidance price provided by the professional recycling agency.

2. Additional Fees

a) Remote Area Surcharge: For pickup locations in remote areas (as defined by Australia Post), an additional transportation fee will apply based on distance.

b) Special Handling Fee: Cables with severe tangling, adhesion, or other complex conditions may incur extra fees assessed on a case-by-case basis.

c) Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued within 15 business days of service completion. Customers may pay via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
